If something has happened to you, and you would like to visit our SARC, please take a look at the below details.
Police and Social Care Referrals
Most children and young people who visit our service will have been referred by the Police and/or Social Care, who will book an appointment on their behalf.
Some young people who visit our service may want to receive all of the important medical care and aftercare support referrals, without Police involvement.
What to do if you are a young person who needs to attend a SARC:
If you are under the age of 13, you should speak to a trusted adult who will let the right people know and help you to visit our SARC.
If you 13 or older, you can contact the Police and they will book an appointment. Or, you can contact us directly for an appointment if you do not want to involve the Police. You can call us on 0808 196 2340.
All cases will involve a strategy meeting, facilitated by our Safeguarding and Strategy Manager. This is nothing to worry about, it's to make sure that the right people are involved, to ensure you get all the care and ongoing support you need.
